The vast majority of donations go directly toward legal assistance, attorney fees, and formal filings. A small portion may be used for community outreach materials such as printing flyers and informational handouts. Most operational expenses — including administrative costs and day-to-day organizational needs — are funded directly by the PACCOA Board of Directors.
